Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure to purchase. They speak multiple languages and their customer service is first rate. Their after sales service is also fantastic. I purchased a washing machine they delivered the next day as promised. The machine had a fault. They promised to come next day to take a look. After an initial inspection it was determined that the fault must have come from the manufacturer. They had the forethought to bring another machine with them and that one has run fine ever since. That's what I call after sales service. Very impressed.

Since moving to Spain 4 years ago I have bought many appliances from milar. After sales service is fantastic and they couldn't be more helpful, from printing instructions in English to just being understanding and patient never making you feel like an idiot. Can't recommend them milar enough.Still wouldn't buy electrical products any where else.
