Llevo años viviendo fuera, mi marido que es Alemán no habla nada de español, reconozco que fué un alivio al entrar en la tienda encontrarme con Mathias, en cuanto empezó a hablar con mi marido nos sentimos muy cómodos y ellos dos charlando decidieron que televisión nos llevamos a casa, solo por eso volveremos a esta tienda.

Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure to purchase. They speak multiple languages and their customer service is first rate. Their after sales service is also fantastic. I purchased a washing machine they delivered the next day as promised. The machine had a fault. They promised to come next day to take a look. After an initial inspection it was determined that the fault must have come from the manufacturer. They had the forethought to bring another machine with them and that one has run fine ever since. That's what I call after sales service. Very impressed.
