Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure to purchase. They speak multiple languages and their customer service is first rate. Their after sales service is also fantastic. I purchased a washing machine they delivered the next day as promised. The machine had a fault. They promised to come next day to take a look. After an initial inspection it was determined that the fault must have come from the manufacturer. They had the forethought to bring another machine with them and that one has run fine ever since. That's what I call after sales service. Very impressed.

Cane there yesterday after a very bad day and experience at Mediamarkt, La Zenia. I needed a crisis solution for my laptop not charging, and the lady I talked to couldn't be more helpful. Even if she already knew it was not gonna be a big sale. She knows she saved my day. Will always come back for whatever I need!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. There's a wide choice of electrical equipment from TVs to mobiles 📱 and kitchen appliances. The prices are very good and the service is much more personal than at a larger retail chain store.
