Very nice shop, perfect customer service, foreigner friendly. All staff members, especially Lucas and Daniel, are very paciente, polite, and professional, speak many languages, and have a good knowledge of home appliances.

The store assistant named Arold was absolutely brilliant in finding us the product that we required. We required a fridge freezer that was above the standard size and smaller than an American fridge freezer, this was not easy. His service went above and beyond in trying to obtain this, he continued to search for the item and to give us the best price which he achieved. He was so helpful and cheerful which made our shopping experience a real pleasure. I would highly recommend you pay the store a visit and if in doubt ask for Arold!

Very helpful and friendly staff. No pressure to purchase. They speak multiple languages and their customer service is first rate. Their after sales service is also fantastic. I purchased a washing machine they delivered the next day as promised. The machine had a fault. They promised to come next day to take a look. After an initial inspection it was determined that the fault must have come from the manufacturer. They had the forethought to bring another machine with them and that one has run fine ever since. That's what I call after sales service. Very impressed.

Excellent staff polite and courteous. Arnau who served us was very good Excellent at his job. Delivery drivers were excellent and on time and set tv up in no time. All round I would highly recommend this shop
