I have my phone broken after 4 days of use , Gina speak whit the manager and give me one to replace until mine it was to repare she put me the wassap and my bank 3 times and she was amazing. I know this store from 17 years and I was buying all the stuff from here and always the have the best service . Best of the best thank you Gina

Excellent service I called from UK earlier this week after our fridge freezer broke while we'd got guests staying. Javier (described by himself as the funny little one with glasses and dark hair!) was fantastic he sorted a prompt delivery and even when goods arrived damaged he was super quick to sort it out and called me and my guests to keep us up dated on what was happening. Very impressed with the customer service and would recommend to other especially Javier.
