Good place and very good service

The folks where were very helpful and friendly. We just bought a house and started the process of buying various items. We were able to buy washer/dryer, TV and other electrical items here quickly. They were able to set up delivery quickly as well. Great selection of brand names.

During these pandemic times many things you want to buy are not in stock. Shops are mostly honest enough to tell you they don't even know when a placed order would be delivered. I was told in one store they had been waiting 5 months and did'nt have a clue about delivery dates. At Milar Moragues the service was perfect, the product I wanted was not in stock but the computer showed in another store it was. Did they send me there? No way...I was informed that they could get it within 2 hours. I said the next day would do ( I wanted to do some more checking first). That afternoon I telefoned to say I would like to buy the product tomorrow. I was told it would be there at 11 o'clock. At this point I had paid nothing not even a deposit. The next day I arrived it was there , I paid and as I have a large car, I did not need their delivery and installation service. 2 hours later I had our new dishwasher fitted and working. My facit. The shop is well set out and the service exceptional. I will be shopping there again Durante estos tiempos de pandemia, muchas cosas que desea comprar no están disponibles. Las tiendas son en su mayoría lo suficientemente honestas como para decirle que ni siquiera saben cuándo se entregará un pedido realizado. En una tienda me dijeron que habían estado esperando 5 meses y no tenían ni idea de las fechas de entrega. En Milar Moragues el servicio fue perfecto, el producto que quería no estaba en stock pero el ordenador lo mostraba en otra tienda. ¿Me enviaron allí? De ninguna manera ... Me informaron que podrían conseguirlo en 2 horas. Dije que al día siguiente sería suficiente (quería hacer más comprobaciones primero). Esa tarde llamé por teléfono para decir que me gustaría comprar el producto mañana. Me dijeron que estaría allí a las 11 en punto. En este punto no había pagado nada, ni siquiera un depósito. Al día siguiente llegué estaba allí, pagué y como tengo un carro grande, no necesitaba su servicio de entrega e instalación. 2 horas más tarde tenía nuestro nuevo lavavajillas instalado y funcionando. Mi facit. La tienda está bien organizada y el servicio es excepcional. Estaré comprando allí de nuevo

Estoy muy contenta con los servicios prestados. Muy buena atención al cliente. Nada de largas esperas después de pagar. El dia siguiente nos entregaron la lavavajilla a domicilio. Es un placer cuando competencia y amabilidad van mano en mano. Gracias!
